 AHU inlet sections
Depending on the application, Jet air handling units can be supplied with weatherproof louvres, grilles or bird/insect mesh as protection against the influx of foreign bodies via the inlets.
Dampers are opposed blade multi-leaf systems manufactured in silver anodised aluminium extruded section and provide low pressure drop characteristics when open. Also available in stainless steel or specially coated steel, in accordance with particular specification requirements, each blade features an interlocking gear drive and sealing edge strips to ensure minimal air leakage. Typically, dampers are located internally with an access door to the section.
For recirculation and fresh air mode of operation the mixing box features a single compartment, whereas a twin compartment is employed to handle recirculation, exhaust and fresh air needs. |
