JET was required to develop a HVAC solution for two completely different areas. The first area is a high bay racked area with adjacent goods receiving and despatch area - the main criteria for the design being heating with minimum stratification. The second area is a three level densely racked mezzanine with a high level of occupation. The floor area of the racking measures 75m x 60m with a maximum height of 3m. The main design criteria for the mezzanine area is ventilation, with a maximum of 4°C above outside ambient.
When completed the warehouse will store soft furnishing for Rosebys.
