Working with Howvale, JET developed a heating and ventilation system to replace the existing unit heaters. T&B who manage the logistics on behalf of Debenhams took the decision to replace the virtually new unit heaters when they took on the Debenhams contract. This allowed them to enjoy the following cost benefits of the JET system over the life of their contract with Debenhams:
Lower running cost
Zero maintenance in the operating space
Even distribution of warm air with the mezzanine areas in winter
Free summer cooling ventilation to the troublesome mezzanine areas
The success of this installation led T&B to commission JET to replace one of our competitors' systems in an adjacent building on the same site.
